Main components:	Technical description:
Elements, indoor booths:	Can by tailored to your needs. References up to L=72 m, W=15 m, H=12 m.
Elements, indoor booths:	Steel elements, insulated 50 or 85 mm. BS60 approved. Available in different colours.
Elements, outdoor booths:	Steel elements, insulated 150 mm. BS60 approved. Available in different colours.
Heating:	Oil, gas, electrical or central heating.
Heating - reutilization:	Up to 72% can be reutilized. Either heat-exchanger or water-battery.
Cooling:	Air cooling can be added (most used in summertime).
Injection / fresh air:	Through filter-ceiling for equal airflow all over the booth.
Chimney for extraction:	Ventherm performs OML-calculation. Normal height is 12 - 40 m above the ground.
Air volume:	Depends on the size of the booth. Volume can be reduced if zone-system is allowed.
Air speed:	Due to public requirements 0,2 - 0,5 m/sec. vertically. Air changes normally 120 - 240 times/hour.
Pressure in the booth:	Pressure can be manually adjusted (over / under pressure).
Spraying temperature:	Normally 20o C.
Drying temperature:	Normally 60-70o C. Can be manually adjusted.
Turbodry:	Can be added - reduces drying time significantly.
Floor:	Galvanised gratings. Pressure up to 80 ton.
Filter:	Paint-stop filter under gratings. EU4 pre-filters in ventilation unit.
Lightning:	Normally 2 x 58 Watt flourescent tube lights in walls and/or ceiling.
Doors:	Choose between different types of doors, either manually, pneumatically or electrically operated.
Entrance/exit doors:	Fire and emergency exit doors are included. With or without windows.
Conveyor:	Conveyor can be included if needed. Openings for cranes are also available.
Lift for operator:	WALL-MAN or LIFTMAN lifts can be installed in the booths.
Lift for units:	Hercules, Stenhøj or other lifts are available.
Noise:	The booths are noise-reduced according to local requirements.
Stearing board:	Fully automatic control-panel is included. Very easy to operate.
Environment:	Ventherm assists in applying for neccessary approval.
Service:	Ventherm recomments a service contract in order to ensure the investment.
Authentication:	Authentication is granted by Statens Brandinspektion (Danish).
ATEX:	Zone-classification as well as documentation is prepared by Ventherm.
