New container solution for paint-mix-room or paint storage

Ventherm recently introduced a new standard container solution for paint-mix-room or paint storage according to our Plug-and-Paint© concept.

The solution is built on a 20” container that is equipped with:

• 100 mm fire insulation with EI60 approved sandwich panels.

• Complete ventilation unit with heating and heat recycling.

• A 60 times/hour air change rate according to applicable standards.

• Grids all over the floor with an underlying drip tray that contains minimum 1.500 L.

• Light fixtures.

• All equipment is approved for ATEX zone 1.

• Paint equipment and/or pumps etc. at the customers own choice.

The container solution is a cheap and easy way to establish a paint-mix-room or a paint storage room that complies with all applicable standards, including the fire safety regulations. The new solution has already been sold in Denmark as well as abroad. In the nearest future Ventherm will introduce a new container solution for spray/drying after the same principles.
