Flow Coat:

Ventherm's Flow Coat system is fitted with nozzles on both sides so that the workpiece is enamelled uniformly across its surface. The system is also fitted with a motorised conveyor that ensures a uniform throughput speed.

A drip tray is installed after the system. This allows the surplus paint or enamel to run back to the system's reservoir. The storage tank is located in the base of the system. It can contain 100 litres of enamel or paint.

The Flow Coat can be individually tailored to customer requirements.
